Is ARMRA Colostrum™ fodmap diet compliant?Updated a year ago

ARMRA Colostrum™ is a dairy product and contains lactose - so would not be considered compliant with low-fodmap. That said, it is a very small amount, as the serving is <1 gram, and is often effectively used, both in clinical practice and by many ARMRA users, as part of gut and immune health protocols in such cases.
