Need to cancel an order? No problem.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been processed or fulfilled by our warehouse we are unable to make any further alterations. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the product and receive a refund. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Purchases of ARMRA bulk jars are only available for return if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition.  Returned products must be received in their original packaging. To request a return, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected].  Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You may send the return to us on your own once your return is approved, or we are happy to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
